TRACK PREMIERE: Limb cover Andrew WK's "Party Hard" to coincide with Euro Tour Dates

In their first release since the 2015 album ‘Terminal’ (review here) Limb have recorded a version of Andrew WK’s ‘Party Hard’ and put their own twist on proceedings. In a light-hearted and momentary move away from their doom and stoner roots Limb have put together this track to advertise their upcoming dates which have been booked for mainland Europe but start with a one off show at Hard Rock Hell’s ‘Doom vs Stoner’ festival in Sheffield this weekend. The Sludgelord Song Premiere - "Trip" by Los Disidentes del Sucio Motel + Euro Tour News

Fans of french stoner rock act Los Disidentes del Sucio Motel can rejoice, the band whose moniker can roughly translate to "The Dissidents of the Dirty Motel” are set to drop their latest magnum opus "Human Collapse”, via Ripple Music, a label who are arguably producing their best releases to date.  The new album, their third to date, is not only their heaviest in terms of riffs but also depicts a dystopian future inspired by contemporary issues in the world and the current social and environmental crises.  Scheduled for a September release, today at The Sludgelord, we have the privilege of premiering a brand new track from the album entitled “Trip”.  Now cut loose and soak up the riffs

To coincide with this announcement, Los Disidentes Del Sucio Motel are set to hit the road on a quasi European tour with their label mates and Chron addicts, Chron Goblin, kicking off on  May 31 and finishing up on June 12.  A full list of tour dates can be found below as well as some info about Chron Goblin.

Chron Goblin

That’s the setting both in locale and style that has lead to the “boogie-infused facepunch” class of rock and roll Chron Goblin has proclaimed since their formation in 2009. Swagger and muscle, charm and wit, Chron Goblin pair melody with aggression and groove for a fresh interpretation of heavy. Following the success of 2013's sophomore album “Life for the Living” and touring in the UK, USA and Canada, the band's third full length “Backwater” was recorded by Adam Pike (Red Fang), in Portland, OR at Toadhouse Studios and was released Nov. 13, 2015 via Ripple Music.
