Review:

Servers is a band from the UK which marks something of a return for the UK Hard Rock and Metal scene. As this is the new band featuring Lee Storrar from G.U. Medicine fame. Plus this marks the return of one of the finest UK Record Labels from an absence of 2 years. - Undergroove Records. As Undergroove Records are releasing Servers excellent début record – Leave With Us.

A blistering and hard-hitting 45 minute album that will appeal to fans of Baroness, Mastodon, Foo Fighters, Monster Magnet and ISIS. Servers are a hard-rocking unite combining elements of Sludge, Stoner Metal, Alternative Rock and Grunge into one unmissable package.

This is one of the best début records from the UK Hard Rock/Metal scene I have heard in years. Trust me folks when I say this album is an absolute blast from start to finish.

Sludge Rock and Stoner Metal anthems combine for one unforgettable ride. First track – Save Me From Myself – is a delicious, twisted and dark song combining many different elements of noise packed full of great riffs with Vocalist Lee on fine form.

Though it's the next song where the album goes into overdrive with the brilliant and blistering – Universes and Supernovas (The Ride) – which has a great sing-along chorus with crunching riffs to match. It has a slight Foo-Fighters vibe with a Sludge/Stoner Metal undertone driving the epic riffs through. This track shows that Servers are a very special band indeed. It has a great euphoric feel to it which will leave you on an almighty high. The band add a wonderful orchestral sound towards the end which gives this song a truly spacey vibe which I never expected.

Servers then play through a stunning set of tracks that will have you coming back for more such as Claustrophobia, Run With The Foxes, Mega High and King Things. These tracks show that Servers are masters of writing truly anthemic and highly atmospheric rock/metal tracks which showcases their talents to perfection.

Some people may think that Servers don't sound so different to many other bands. But I advise those people with doubts to listen to this brilliant album once more as there is something dangerous and addictive lurking in the background as Servers have some hidden surprises waiting to be discovered.

Another one of the album stand-out tracks – Mothers Grave – Leave With Us – is a 4 minute blast of intense riffs which plays out like the soundtrack to the end of the world. Wait until the very last moment as Servers blend haunting riffs and vocals with a truly scary sound-clip which questions your very own existence.

It ends the album on such a dark note. You're left questioning – WHAT IS REAL!!!

Servers début album is a thrilling ride from start to finish and proves this band has a very bright future indeed. An incredible début album.
