'Bloodcvlts has been scheduled for release on March 23rd and is now available for pre-order through the Season of Mist shop.

The band has delivered the following threat:

"To fill the gap between the musically extremely disappointing 'Tetragrammaton' and their newest assault on the fundamental canons of good taste in art in general, THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT decided to record their first EP 'Bloodcvlts' containing 6 crushing tracks with heinous lyrics (which will get stuck like a fishbone in the throat), a remix of 'Todesnacht von Stammheim' (let’s try to polish the turd), a live track recorded somewhere in Europe and very rare tracks inspired by their performance on National Icelandic Radio."

On further news, THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT also reveal the artwork and tracklist of 'Bloodcvlts' today, which are shown below:
1. Reign of Hell
2. I Conquistador
3. Der Hexenhammer
4. Doom of the Tawusê Melek
5. Hangmen Also Die
6. GeneSYS
7. Die Waffe Mensch RMX
8. Den Ensomme Nordens Dronning

On more breaking news, THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT have informed on two line-up changes:

"With deep regret we have to announce that Ivo Hilgenkamp will not return to us. Ivo fell for the hipster Djent /ˈdʒɛnt/ movement and left the flock for a spiritual journey to the Ravi Shankar Madrassa to discover the deeper meanings and philosophy of the Djent-cult.

Michiel sobs, 'I am a rock n' roll sort type of guy. I just like to plug in and play some tunes of my guitar instead of endless discussions about where I have to put my hand for the ultimate Djent chord.'

Robin grunted, 'I was already fed up when he showed up with all those neck tattoos, an endorsement for 12-string bass guitars and oversized Buddy Holly hipster glasses. I'm the one wearing the god damn glasses. And Carsten.'

Carsten, 'I was getting worried when he started to buy tons of compressors, overdrives, tube screamers, distortions, and Shimmer Reverb pedals to get a perfect djenty tone. Your sound isn't in the pedals but it's in the kleiters.'

We are not looking for a replacement."

And furthermore the band comments on their now former drummer Sjoerd:

"Consolidating our status as ruthless slave-traders, we have sold Sjoerd into servitude. He was sold - for a good price, naturally - to the CERN institute in Switzerland, where his human metronome-skills will replace a decidedly inferior nuclear clock for the Large Hadron Collider. Says Robin, 'It was about time. At some point he was going to find out, we weren't actually playing along with his drumming. We were all bracing for the day he would take off his headphones and find us all out.'

We are not looking for a replacement."
THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT strike again! Their new EP 'Bloodcvlts' is a brutal demonstration of extreme technical prowess, crushing songwriting, and a sublime dose of the Dutchmen's reckless humour. The band remains true to their close embrace of deadly 90's influences with hints of CANNIBAL CORPSE, DEATH, NILE, NAPALM DEATH, ASPHYX, and BEHEMOTH shining through these meat-grinding songs. As usual THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT refuse to shy away from lyrical topics dealing with war, terrorism, historical events, and even the controversial issue of religion. No quarter can be expected, no mercy is given. The band was founded in Kampen, The Netherlands in 2002. Their debut album 'The Apotheosis' (2003) appeared a year later and immediately created a buzz. THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT followed up with the much applauded full-length 'The White Crematorium' (2005) and their acclaimed third effort 'Triumvirate' (2008) brought the final international breakthrough. The Dutch fuelled the rising interest by a re-release of 'The White Crematorium 2.0' (2013). After joining forces with Season of Mist, THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT delivered the mighty assault of 'TETRAGRAMMATON' that same year. This album convinced critics and fans alike by delivering destruction with punishing riffs, vicious drum slaughter, and ridiculously brutal vocals. Following up on this success and helping to shorten the waiting time until their highly anticipated next full-length, the band now release 'Bloodcvlts'. Put on your steel helmet and prepare for an ultra-heavy barrage...
